Goodbye My Friend

So sad that the space shuttle is dying.  Even sadder is the fact that we just put a $3,000 transmission in several months ago.  It has been in the shop seven times the last month and was finally diagnosed with a terminal illness.  That is unless we want to fork over a minumum of $2,500 for more engine/valve work.  We spent over $1,000 just trying to get the check engine light and other warning lights diagnosed.  It's time.  We must bite the bullet and get a new second car.  But in the meantime, we had them put it back together and will run it with the check engine light on until it finishes dying.

On to better news... Ally has over a 4.0 grade point average!  Woo hoo!  She should get another $2,000 to $4,000 in scholarships at GCU for that.

My finger is slowly getting back some range of motion.  Still have a long way to go and am in physical therapy for the next month and then we will go from there.  Lots of exercises to work on at home, at least a dozen times a day.  Blech.  Painful, too.  Must... breathe... thru.... pain....

Tigger has been busy as well... this is just one night's work.
