It was missing for two days, during which time we had to have the entire house re-keyed. Ugh! However, the cops found it in an empty parking lot, with two people in it eating tamales. They were arrested and the girl was booked into jail. She had just stolen a car a couple weeks before and was out on probation. Chris was subpoenaed in the court case coming up soon. There was also a needle and meth pipe found along with other gross stuff. The tags had been changed and the bumper was dented (not too bad). We also had about $800 worth of stuff stolen out of the car, including two of Ally's school books for $250 and her $150.00 calculator. Fortunately she had brought in her guitar and all of Amy's costmetology stuff was in the house also. Chris had the car disinfected and it seems to be running okay.
I want to go to the court case, just to give that girl the evil eye.
