Flat Stanley

My niece's class is working on a school project.  They each send out a Flat Stanley to a friend or relative and that person totes Flat Stanley around with them for a day or so and journals what he does.  Then it is mailed back to the student.  They learn about sending and receiving mail from this project.

I was happy to tote Flat Stanley around with me for a week or so... here's a peek into our journey.

Eggs to Dye For!

Yep, not much into coloring eggs anymore... but I would never forego these babies!  My favorite.  I love to freeze them before eating.  Yum!

Ally has a boyfriend, Manuel.  He is originally from Texas.  They met in college class.

We really like him.  He and his mom came to church on Easter, then we all went out to eat.  He speaks English fluently.  His mom, not so much, so we seated her by Chris, and they were able to talk for the most part.  Got to see some pics of Manuelito, too.  Jaja.
